【2022初一寒假英语日记】January 5th, 2022
Today is the first day of my winter vacation. I feel very excited because I don’t have to go to school anymore. After breakfast, I decided to clean my room. It was a little messy, so I spent about an hour organizing my books and clothes. Then I watched a movie with my family. It was a funny comedy, and we all laughed a lot.
In the afternoon, I tried to practice my English. I read a short story and wrote a few sentences in my notebook. I think it’s important to keep learning even during the holiday. My mom said I should also spend some time doing homework, but I think I can do that later.
At night, I had dinner with my parents. We talked about our plans for the coming days. I hope to go to the park with my friends soon. I miss playing football with them. I also want to learn how to cook something new. Maybe I can try making noodles tomorrow!
I feel happy and relaxed today. I hope the rest of my vacation will be as nice as this day.
