【英语作文我的暑假（小学英语作文）】Last summer holiday was very interesting. I had a lot of fun and learned many new things.

During the summer, I stayed with my grandparents in the countryside. It was very peaceful there. Every morning, I got up early and helped them water the vegetables. I also learned how to plant flowers. My grandpa taught me how to take care of the plants. I felt happy when I saw the flowers grow.

In the afternoon, I played with my cousins. We went swimming in the river and played football in the field. Sometimes we watched TV at home. I also read some books about animals. I liked the story about a little dog very much.

One day, my parents took me to visit a zoo. There were so many animals like lions, tigers, and elephants. I was very excited. I took pictures with my phone and wrote down what I saw in my diary.

At night, I often sat outside with my family and looked at the stars. The sky was very clear and beautiful. I felt very lucky to have such a wonderful summer.

I hope next summer will be as good as this one. I want to go to the beach and learn how to ride a bike. I can't wait for the next holiday!
