My Happy Weekend

Last weekend was full of joy and excitement for me. On Saturday morning, I woke up early and helped my mom prepare breakfast. We made pancakes together, and it was so much fun. After that, I did my homework quickly so that I could enjoy the rest of the day.

In the afternoon, my friends came over, and we decided to play basketball in the park. The weather was perfect—sunny but not too hot. We played until the sun began to set, laughing and cheering each other on. It was a great way to stay active and have fun with friends.

On Sunday, my family went to the zoo. I saw many animals, like lions, elephants, and monkeys. The monkey exhibit was my favorite because they were so playful and funny. We also had a picnic there, eating sandwiches and drinking juice while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

Overall, it was a wonderful weekend filled with family time, exercise, and new experiences. I look forward to more weekends like this one!
