My Happy Weekend

Last weekend was very special for me. On Saturday morning, I woke up early and helped my mom prepare breakfast. We made pancakes together, and they tasted so delicious! After breakfast, I went to the park with my family. The weather was perfect—sunny but not too hot. We played frisbee and had a picnic under a big tree.

In the afternoon, I visited my grandparents. They live in a small house near the river. My grandfather showed me how to fish, and we caught some small fish. It was fun learning something new from him. Later, we shared stories and laughed a lot.

On Sunday, I stayed at home and finished my homework. Then, I read an interesting book about animals. It taught me many things I didn’t know before. In the evening, I watched a movie with my little brother. We both enjoyed it very much.

Overall, it was a wonderful weekend filled with family time and learning experiences. I hope every weekend can be like this!
